This is a moving gantry design of machine, which is already in process of being made. it will have dual milling heads - 3.2KW 0-24000RPM ER20 spindle for milling aluminium, and iso30 head which is driven with a 2.6KW servo motor, with rpm range to 5000RPM. Iso30 head is meant for bigger tools for milling aluminium, or even for milling steel with smaller tools. It uses ballscrews on all axes, Mitsubishi servo motors, square rails.. Table is with 14mm T slots 37mm thick. I have uploaded render form two versions - dual and single head. Please note that this model is not 100% completed.
