Garden Sprinkler 3 arms rotating adjustable nozzles · 模型 65180
This is a three-arm rotating sprinkler designed for efficient garden irrigation, powered entirely by water pressure. Each arm includes four nozzles set at compound angles to generate tangential thrust, causing the sprinkler to spin as water exits. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Flow Simulation in SolidWorks indicate a total driving torque of approximately 1.8 N·m, which is considerably strong for this size and flow rate. The design supports a flow of ~10–16 L/min and achieves a spray velocity of up to 4.5 m/s at each nozzle. Static structural analysis is recommended to evaluate stress under high rotational speeds. Note: The current design shows 4 nozzles at each set. this should be 5, 4, 3. but when I run the analysis, I found the model produces excessive torque, which may lead to overly high rotation speeds if not moderated. You can modify the nozzle angles, reduce flow, or shorten arm lengths to match your performance needs, so I stopped the design at this stage. This model is 3D printable and can be used for prototyping; however, for optimal results, it's recommended to wait for a more refined, torque-balanced version which I’ll upload shortly.
