this project is not well organised i hope it helps you guys **Gas Generation Reactor – Mechanical Design & 3D Assembly** Independent mechanical design and 3D modeling of a gas generation reactor intended to produce gas through the mixing of water (approximately 90% of the initial mixture) with additional components. The design features a cylindrical vessel, a bolted upper flange, integrated inlet and outlet connections, a central top-mounted fitting, and a dedicated structural support frame. I developed the complete mechanical assembly in SOLIDWORKS, including individual component modeling, geometric definition, component positioning, and assembly integration. **Key Design Features:** - Cylindrical vessel design and configuration. - Bolted flange and mechanical fastening system. - Integrated process inlet and outlet connections. - Structural frame design and support arrangement. - Individual part modeling and complete 3D assembly. - Mechanical component integration and assembly constraints. **Software:** SOLIDWORKS **Role:** Mechanical Designer – Complete Design & 3D Modeling **Field:** Mechanical Engineering / Process Equipment
