Device is conceived of ABS plastic and designed to provide a single L-Track connection point capable of 125 ft/lb of ‘kick load’. The device is comprised of two interlocking parts that exert sufficient clamping force to keep the CHAMP in place on a standard .75” X 1.375” hand rail. The lower assembly is a common “U” clamp configuration which is inserted to a “locking nut” that has an integral L-Track connection point as seen in figure 1.
