⚙️ Gearbox Design – SolidWorks Model This is a gearbox assembly that I designed completely in SolidWorks as part of my design practice. The model includes gears, shafts, bearings, and housing, all created with proper alignment, constraints, and motion relationships. I focused on achieving a compact layout, smooth power transmission, and accurate gear meshing. To maintain precision, I applied GD&T principles for shaft-hole fits and bearing placements. The design was validated through motion study in SolidWorks to check the rotation, gear ratio, and interference between components. All parts were created with parametric modeling, allowing easy changes in gear dimensions or shaft spacing.
