The pliers Gear is made to be used to grab objects that can not be touched with the hands or that for security reasons we prefer not to touch directly. Designed with reasonable tolerances allowing for 3D printing in FDM technology. A whole mechanism does not need assembly, only the removal of the support material. The model was designed for a work space of 8"x8"x6" and is optimised for resolution of about 0,01".
