This is a model for Production ready two speed Gear box assembly. The reductions are, for torque 10:1 and for speed 3:1. Gear face width is 10mm. Proper calculations have been made while making model. All standard OEM parts like bearings sizes are followed. No tolerances were given for manufacturing. In the images you can see the gears and shafts that are manufactured. The Gear box casing however was first iteration, later i have modified.
