The design focuses on a 2-DOF mechanism, gear transmission, and servo-driven motion. The model was designed in SolidWorks and optimized for 3D printing and easy assembly. This project consists of a 2-axis (2-DOF) servo-driven gimbal mechanism designed for FPV cameras or small sensors. The system provides motion in the yaw and pitch axes using two micro servos (SG90/MG90S). The design was developed with the following objectives: Create a lightweight 2-axis mechanism Improve torque using a gear drive Make the system fully 3D printable Keep the design simple and easy to assemble Make it compatible with standard micro servos This mechanism can be used in robotics, FPV systems, sensor platforms, or control system experiments (e.g., PID control). The model was designed in SolidWorks and includes assembly and individual part files for modification and manufacturing. This mount was designed for standard 9g micro servos (SG90 form factor). The following servo models are compatible or dimensionally similar and should fit the mount: SG90 MG90S MG90D FS90R ES08A ES08MA II HS-55 Turnigy TGY-90S Feetech FS90 Feetech FS90MG JX PDI-1109MG Important: Even though these servos are considered SG90-compatible, dimensions may vary slightly between manufacturers. Always verify servo dimensions before printing or assembling the parts.
