Here is an adapter for glass waste water pipes sometimes found in laboratories. I made it at work to help with rennovations. The threads are 50mm BSP, you might need to trim the ends to get them to mesh nicely. They are toleranced to 0.2mm I think. I also included some O-rings and a dummy pipe end to test the fitting. The cap drops over the lip of the glass pipe, then the big o-ring pops over that. The smaller o-ring sits in the face of the male threaded part, it will have to modified to fit your application. The test model was printed in Anycubic white ABS like resin on an elegoo saturn 4 using chitubox slicer.
