You know the little plastic and rubber clip that comes with GoPros nowadays? This thing is made to attach securely to it and allow you to use a "european" M8 threaded mic stand to attach it. The holes on the bottom and side are designed to fit M8 brass threaded inserts with an outside diameter of 11 mm and an internal M8 thread. Feel free to adapt this to your own needs. DIY: Spending thousands of dollars in time to create a solution sold for $70 in store - but you did it yourself!
