Here i make Simplified The segments Structure and distribute hexagonal segments in three groups (no. of 6 segment at each group ) after deploys the group with the help of actuator then deploy the all group segments after the segment deploy its make latch connection . here i consider Folding Hinges or Advance types of hinges inspired from James Webb space telescope ( hydraulic hinges , Auto hinges ,Spring-Loaded Hinges ) . here i make all concept easily understable how the the all segments deploys and the position of the joints.Each segment can be connected by hinges to allow rotation and folding in and out. Hinges provide rotational motion, making this method useful for structures that need to unfold or open outward, like folding panels. hinges also help for the self latching no external force needed . i uploaded explain animation gif but i dont know why my . gif file dont playing . see animation in comment
