Fully parametric Solidworks Model of a GT2 pulley based on the original Misumi drawing. This matches most off brand GT2 pulleys as well, except that some smaller 16-24T pulleys have the shank diameter D set equal to the O.D. All parameters in global variables can be changed according to drawing provided, to suit your needs. A separate file is provided for 5mm shaft diameter pulleys as they use a M3 thread for the grub screws instead of M4 for all larger diameters Step file of 60 tooth pulley is included, I don't believe this one retains the parametric values.
