This shop-vac nozzle slides into the 4-way turret block of HAAS TL series lathes. It is intended to sit behind a CCGT 32.5# insert holder, in order to prevent a buildup of material in the machine during machining. I designed this to improve safety and cleanliness at my day job. It also allowed for a slight improvement in efficiency. I typically can not use a liquid coolant during the machining of this material. In the past i would have to use rubber bands to hold a nozzle on; or hold the nozzle by hand.
