Done it in FreeCAD v0.19 for mockup in 3d printer head project. Measured manually with calipers and this is the first time I did multibody part in any CAD suite so expect errors around some ±100μm. There are two versions of this hotend, another one have two screws that holds E3D mounting adapter. On this one, the adapter screws in the larger heatsink with M8 thread.
