!----Update 15-2-15----! This model can be created without support material. The two big white parts have to be pressed in each other. It is a very solid and load resisting construction that will never come loose. so far it works perfect.. I've noticed that this version doesn't create enough clamp power so I have to adapt some parts. more to come tomorrow! !----Update 8-2-15----! Version 2 of my design, I added a locking handle, and adapted the spring. Version 1: Version 1 from my design for the Nasa hand rail challenge. I am working currently at a locking mechanism (I'll see If it's necessary after the prototype test next week), a better version of the moving clamp guide, and making the design smaller so the amount of material is reduced.
