EN | Designed a two-part mold system for manufacturing a transparent UAV nose cone structure. The design was developed primarily for epoxy-based production methods such as transparent resin casting and composite layup processes. Interlocking geometries and optimized tolerances allow assembly without additional fastening components, creating a lighter and cleaner structure with a manufacturable engineering approach. Tasarım; şeffaf reçine dökümü, epoksi bazlı üretim ve kompozit uygulamalar düşünülerek geliştirildi. İç içe geçen geometriler ve optimize edilen toleranslar sayesinde ek bağlantı elemanına ihtiyaç duymadan montaj yapılabilecek şekilde tasarlandı.
