"Hattrick" Egyptian Key · 模型 27392
Hello everybody! My name is Juan Martín Del Piano, I am a student of Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Exact Sciences, Engineering and Surveying (FCEIA) of the National University of Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina (UNR). This challenge was solved as a group, together with my classmates Octavio Bufarini, Santiago Pérez and Santiago Riera. Here are the links to their profiles: https://grabcad.com/octavio.bufarini-1 - https://grabcad.com/santiago.perez.gamboa-1 - https://grabcad.com/santiago.riera-4 We participated in this challenge promoted by the Synthesis of Mechanisms and Machines course, from the fifth year of the Mechanical Engineering course, taught by https://grabcad.com/marcelo.valderrey-1 together with https://grabcad.com/alexis.bregant-1 and https://grabcad.com/ruben.lupi-1. Our solution, which we called “Hattrick Egyptian Key” due to the use of three Egyptian keys, was inspired in part by the design concepts of the users: https://grabcad.com/erhan.taskin-1 : https://grabcad.com/library/yo-yo-and-lock-mechanism-1 https://grabcad.com/matthias.etzkorn-2 : https://grabcad.com/library/latch-mechanic-system-1 Our concept uses a central mechanism with a pivoting link. This pivot is produced by a stem that is pressed by a third Egyptian key. By transmitting this movement, pivoting the link, the link at the other end removes the fastener holding the adjacent panel. The release mechanism is activated when the joining of the panels is completed. The model designed uses the latch developed by https://grabcad.com/benjamin.cinto-2, in its presentation https://grabcad.com/library/egyptian-key-1 PS: In addition to the CAD models and render images, we have elaborated a video in which we show the operation with 3D printed parts. Greetings and good luck to all!
