Heavy-duty welded mesh box pallet for high loads and tough operations — the step up where a standard mesh box reaches its limit. Frame made of 50 × 50 × 3 mm square tube, torsion-stiff even on long formats; centre posts support the long walls. Stacking without stacking lugs: welded-on lugs are the classic weak point of mesh boxes — they bend, break off, and the box stands crooked. Here the four corner posts project above the walls and the round base plates of the box above sit directly on them. Large bearing surface, clear centring, nothing that can break — even when the forklift doesn't set down perfectly. The standard version shown here is a pure welded construction without moving parts. For tall boxes, every footprint is also available with a fold-down front wall: the upper half of the long wall folds down for easy access from the front, secured by two turn latches. Floor and walls made of wire mesh, so dirt, chips and water fall through and the contents stay visible from outside. Tall and narrow formats included; custom sizes on request.
