Hegner Saw Multicut 2S Bearing Connector Part No.221 · 模型 25620
This is an alternative to buying the connector with 2 bearings included. The connector will almost certainly have broken away, leaving the bearings intact. Print 2 of these and glue them together around your existing bearings. I used Araldite but there's very little lateral strain on the part so other glues might work fine.
