A hex wheel hub suitable for a 4mm D shaft such as the BBB 4S drive motor. The hex is 12mm across the flats and the retaining grub screw is an M3. the front retaining screwholes are for M2 bolts. I had these machined from 6082-T6 but they probably could be printed from any material that will hold a thread.
