HEXA V1 - DFM-Focused Bluetooth Speaker · 模型 27271
A personal project focused on designing an aesthetic and highly manufacturable enclosure for a portable Bluetooth speaker. This modular, hexagonal design was created entirely in SolidWorks. The primary challenge and focus of this case study was Design for Manufacturing (DFM), specifically optimizing every part for high-volume plastic injection molding. It's a deep dive into draft angles, parting lines, and internal structuring for electronic components. My areas of expertise include industrial design for consumer electronics and advanced DFM.
