With this design I focused on increasing the active surface area, while reducing the inactive surface area. The chambers on the in and outlet to spread the flow over the full length of the cylinder. Additions to make: - Improve geometry for flow - Add surface deformation for increased surface area and turbulence. - Improve mechanical strength e.g. small connections between the walls. This is still a work in progress, but I thought I would share. Any tips are welcome!
