This is an "under construction" 16 story condo with penthouse. Somewhat modern design, I had Miami/Key Biscayne in mind when designing this. Concrete construction, elevator shaft, with modern aluminum curtain wall on lower 2 levels, aluminum balcony railing and unique wing shape air foil made from aluminum on the roof. Ceiling height is 12' except for lobby, 2nd floor(business center/ gym) and 3rd floor(lounge, pool tables, etc.) which is 16" height. Great starting point for anyone what wants to create a glass curtain wall and possibly a pool on the 4th floor balcony. The rooftop air foil has been modified for a opening . Created in Autodesk Inventor LT 2018.
