This is a model of a Abracon Voltage Controlled, Temperature Compensated, Crystal Oscillator (VCTCXO) that has a frequency stability of +/- 50 Parts Per Billion (PPB). There are also +/- 280 PPB and +/- 2.5 PPM parts available in the same case size for options. This is the Abracon AST3TQ series of parts with a '7050' case size (7.0 x 5.0 mm). The accuracy of this oscillator is such that there are 20x more stable than a 1 Parts Per Million (PPM). To give context, a standard crystal is typically about +/- 50 PPM, so this crystal is 50 * 20 = 1,000 times more stable !! This is important for frequency responses that cannot tolerate inaccuracy for clocks and frequency control. It also means that for a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit better stability as well as accuracy. For low power RF circuits, this means that there is less wake up time for protocol resynchronization. The standard frequency is 10 MHz and ranges up to 40 MHz.
