a printable hinge for round tubes. It's the first time I made a satisfactory model for the hinge with a round geometry. It's parametric - change for any diameters. Use materials shown - ABS plastic, 3/8 or 10mm dowel stock, and M5 fasteners to assemble. This example uses 1in EMT conduit for a strong and versatile joint.
