For the first project of the year I was assigned to design a spacecraft. All this required sketches and further modelling on a software most commonly known as Solid Works. I firstly started with some research for design influence. Doing so my mind started thinking futuristic, but also anamilistic. I was influenced by the elegant features of a stingray fish. The front of my spaceship looks murderous just like a Stingray's venomous tail. Some may say this design replicates Batman but the idea was a Stingray initially.o make this project more interesting I was able to make this spaceship attachable with a found object...a marker cap. Along the way in creating this model I became more familiar with Solid Works, learning new techniques I successfully produced this captivating spacecraft.
