This bracket is so that a Volt meter, UBS take off or other unit can be fitted ( holes are 30 diameter to take the 2mm units). This fits under the black HISS unit or non HISS unit. The 2 screws that hold the black unit on the ignition barrel are undone and the plate fitted and the screws replaced. The screws are Phillips screws. This fit's the VFR800 VTEC 2002 to 2013 only but I think that fits on other Honda models with the same HISS steering lock
