Rotary honey spoon filling and sealing machine. The machine fills single-serve honey spoons on a rotary indexing table. Empty spoons are placed into the table nests, filled with honey from the top hopper, sealed and discharged onto the output conveyor. Main features: - Rotary indexing table with spoon nests - Product hopper with geared motor agitator - Sanitary piping with tri-clamp (ferrule) connections and 3-way valve - Filling, sealing and discharge stations around the table - Output belt conveyor - Stainless steel enclosed frame with service doors - Adjustable leveling feet Suitable for honey, jam, sauces and other viscous food products.
