HTD-35H Dual-Side Servo Bracket Set (Horn + Body) for 3D-Printed Robot Legs · 模型 60177
Two 3D-printable brackets that mount a Hiwonder HTD-35H serial bus servo (51.1 × 20.1 × 40 mm, 35 kg·cm) so each joint is supported from both sides instead of hanging off the horn. Made for FOLIO, our 8-servo quadruped (Columbia MECE 4611 Robotics Studio, Fall 2026). Each leg uses the pair twice, once for hip yaw and once for knee roll. • Servo Horn Bracket: 63 × 39.5 × 31.7 mm; attaches to the output horn and carries the next link. • Servo Body Bracket: 50 × 30 × 20 mm; holds the servo case and bolts to the frame. Print in PLA or PETG (3 walls, 20–30% infill). Fasten with M2 screws into M2 heat-set inserts. Files are STEP (AP214) and STL, in mm. The HTD-35H servo model itself is not included (get it from Hiwonder). This is a preliminary Step 2 design, so check the fit with a test print.
