Hydraulic Cylinder (With Lock On The Front Rod End) 100x50x400mm · 模型 59470
Detailed technical description: Hydraulic cylinder equipped with a mechanical locking system at the front end of the rod Model/type: Hydraulic cylinder equipped with a mechanical lock (Mechanical Lock or Hydraulic Lock) integrated into the front end of the head cover (Front Rod End). This special design is intended to positively and absolutely secure the cylinder rod in the extended position (or sometimes in any intermediate position), even in the event of loss of hydraulic pressure or system failure. Basic dimensions: Bore Diameter: 100 mm Rod Diameter: 50 mm (large diameter indicates high compressive and indentation load capacity) Stroke Length: 400 mm (0.4 m) Unique design and functional principle (locking system): The main mechanism is located in the head cap (front end). When the lock command is triggered, this mechanical mechanism completely prevents the piston rod from moving inward (retraction). Common types of locking mechanisms in this location: Spring-loaded lock/hydraulic release: In the normal (safe) position: A strong spring presses against a set of wedge-shaped teeth (locking segments or collets) or a locking pin inside the head cap, gripping the rod firmly and preventing any retraction movement. To release the lock (for withdrawal): Hydraulic pressure must be applied to a special control port (Pilot Port) on the head cover. This pressure overcomes the force of the spring, releasing the clamp or pulling out the pin, allowing the shaft to move freely inward. Hydraulic-Loaded Lock / Spring Release: Reverse: Hydraulic pressure is required to lock, and release is by spring action when pressure is removed. This is less common for front-end locking. Typical cylinder operating principle: Extension: Normal hydraulic pressure on the rear port pushes the rod out. Locking: When the desired position is reached (usually full extension), the locking mechanism is activated automatically or manually. In a spring-activated system, simply removing pressure from the retraction circuit automatically locks the spring mechanism. Locked position: The load is now fully mechanically supported by steel locking teeth or pins. Even a hydraulic line rupture will not cause the cylinder to collapse or retract. Release and retraction: Pilot pressure must first be applied to the special lock port to release the mechanism, then hydraulic pressure can be applied to the port.
