Nearly all Hydro Flasks fit securely with this thing. This adapter precisely fits the 32 and 40 ounce stainless steel Hydro Flask bottles in its major ID. Solidworks (2015), STL and Parasolids models are all included. UPDATED: (11/25/2015, 2:50pm PST): made 32/40 ounce holder 0.5mm smaller, 12-24 ounce holder 0.5mm bigger and added vented version (REV d) (11/30/2015) added screen shot of cross section (before fillets and chamfers) (12/1/2015) replaced all files with REVe and REVf that print with perfect-fit diameters for my 18 ounce and 40 ounce wide mouth flasks (Afinia printer 0.3mm layer height, <30 degree support)
