A very crude idea of a submersible, based on the Hydrogen fuel cell. Enables high mobility and military ISR functions. Refueling during immersed operation to achieve longer operational time. O2 & H2 tanks are fitted in the vehicle to attain the proper functionality. Combustion can be used to drive the Hydrogen Steam Engine. Since the military is engaged in constant operations, we can implement -green energy combustion engines for service. This will greatly reduce the consumption of FOSSIL FUEL.
