Finally finished to assembly my first designed 3d printer- Hypercube Blue Beast ! My design based on Hypercube 3D printer with significant modifications. Main parameters: - CoreXY kinematic system - Printing area L300xW200xH250mm - Silicon 220v heater for super fast preheating of printing bed - Enclosed printer with acrylic 3mm panels - Enclosed ventilated electronics chamber at the bottom - LED strips for lighting of the printing area - Based on Arduino Mega with Ramps 1.4 - Frame made of aluminum 20x20mm profiles Main purpose was to design and build cheap and reliable 3D printer, with as much as possible printed parts. If you want to build your own 3D printer, hope my design will inspire you and give you some ideas that you can use in your 3D printer. In the attached folders you can find STEP files for enclosed and open versions, original assembly made in Inventor 2014 CAD software, and pictures of final real model. Enjoy 😊
