IKEA 100215 Screw (60mm) – CAD Model · 模型 122400
I’ve created a detailed CAD model of the IKEA 100215 screw (60mm) — one of my favorite fasteners to use in builds. It’s incredibly versatile, easy to source, and integrates well into a wide range of furniture and custom assembly projects. Because I use it so often, I decided to recreate it accurately and share it with the community. 🅿🆁🅾🅹🅴🅲🆃 🅱🅰🅲🅺🅶🆁🅾🆄🅽🅳 As shown in Fig. (B), I 3D scanned the original screw to capture the geometry as precisely as possible. Using the scan data as a reference, I rebuilt the model in CAD to ensure clean, parametric, and editable geometry suitable for design integration. The final result is a dimensionally accurate model that can be easily adapted for assemblies, modifications, or simulation purposes. 🆃🅴🅲🅷🅽🅸🅲🅰🅻 🅳🅴🆃🅰🅸🅻🆂 Please refer to the technical drawing in Fig. (C) for complete dimensions and specifications. One important note: The thread pitch of these screws can vary slightly, which results in different thread profiles depending on the production batch. When using this model for functional prints or manufacturing, make sure to verify the pitch against your physical screw to ensure compatibility.
