This is my design concept for oxygen splitter for two patients sharing one oxygen tank. My concept design is independently control oxygen flow rates. I used rubber material for independent control. All items in this design are printable including the rubber. This design is made up for easy installation and maintenance. The function of rubber is it will defect when patient inhale and back to normal when there is no inhalation occur. The thickness of rubber depends on its composition. My design able to have 2mm maximum thickness for rubber. I proposed the rubber thickness is about 0.8mm to 1.2mm. During installation of rubber, size of rubber must fix to prevent oxygen from leak. I also have another option to prevent leakage which is using white tape before screw tighten. Inside diameter for incoming oxygen from tank is 10mm, whereas inside diameter for incoming oxygen for each patient is 8mm. I believed this design concept are practical and suitable for medical usage in supplying oxygen for patient.
