An industrial shell and tube heat exchanger (TEMA type DFU) comprising rod (A and B types) and double segmental baffles, a longitudinal baffle, 500+ U-tubes, tierods, a partition plate, and a distributor plate, channel head cover (not shown), shell (not shown), lifting trunions, and input and output tube-side nozzles. Threads (not cosmetic) at all locations are also modelled. The model is to-scale and reverse-engineered using general assembly drawings from the OEM. The assembly file contains 600+ components and is best accessed using the 'Large Assembly' setting in SolidWorks. Note: This model may be purchased for a small fee.
