The automatic foam adhesive sticking machine is mainly applied to various circuit boards in the SMT industry that require labeling, back adhesive application and self-adhesive bonding. It can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated with production lines to improve the smoothness and efficiency of SMT production lines. After the sticking process, the device supports label scanning and data reading, and can connect with the MES system for data feedback. The feeder stripping assembly adopts precision stepping drive and high-precision optical fiber positioning control to ensure stable operation and high accuracy during material stripping. It is also equipped with a base paper vacuum adsorption structure for consistent material output.
