Project: Instrument Enclosure, Mounts and Protective Elements for Telecommunication System Software: Autodesk Inventor 2023 Technical Specification & Contribution: This project showcases a unified series of hardware components completely engineered "from scratch" for a commercial telecommunication system. All parts are fully optimized for PETG and TPU filaments, and have been successfully deployed into low-volume production and real-world operation. Components Included: 1. Control Unit Main Enclosure – Features internal reinforcement ribs, weatherproof gasket pathways, and precision cutouts for electronic interfaces. 2. Pipe Clamp "Crab" (Fastening Unit) – Heavy-duty structural mount featuring integrated captive nut pockets for secure, high-strength connections. 3. Secondary Instrument Enclosure – Specialized protective housing designed for secondary instrumentation hardware. 4. Protective Structural Element – Custom engineered rigid shield designed to defend external and remote system components from mechanical impacts and harsh environmental hazards. *Note: Due to non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and respect for third-party engineering, some of my personal plastic design components are presented here.
