This is a Model of the Intel XEON E5 V3 CPU. I had some spare time, so I remodeled this CPU for one of my projects. It is not 100% accurate as you can see on the silver metal part, which has some minor curves on the left and right hand side. But the Dimension of the board should be ok. Edited on 25/08/2025: i updated the outer geometry of the cpu.
