This is an interior design developed for the simulation of the vehicle’s HVAC ventilation system for the academic work of a subject at my masters. I was in charge of generating the geometry as I love CAD :) The DrivAer model was used for the exterior geometry. The windows, doors, and metal panels were offset to define the interior boundary walls, preserving the shape of those in a realistic vehicle. Passenger ergonomics have also been taken into consideration. The CFD image shows the pressure contour on the passenger seat, obtained as part of the mesh independence analysis.
