The package contains *.stl models of internal bovine mammary artery reconstructed based on high resolution microCT images (DICOM). There are 20 models of tetrahedral mesh. Also the package contains *.cae file for Abaqus/CAE 6.14 with hexahedral C3D8 elements for each model (n elements = approx. 110'000). You can find the detailed description of the reconstruction method into our original research "Article.pdf". The paper additionally includes polynominal material model and finite element approach for for Prediction of Aneurysm‑Prone Arterial Segments based on current models. Please cite us ("cite as.txt") in case using the models for your research.
