This project is a jet aircraft model created using surface modeling techniques in SolidWorks. The modeling process utilizes surface features such as Boundary Surface, Lofted Surface, Filled Surface, and Trim Surface to create smooth, precise, and aerodynamic geometry. The model was designed with attention to the aircraft’s body proportions, wing curvature, tail structure, and surface contours to resemble a modern jet design. After completing the surface creation process, all surfaces were combined using the Knit Surface feature to form a complete solid geometry. The purpose of this project is to improve understanding of surface design techniques, enhance precision in creating complex curves, and develop 3D modeling skills, especially for aerodynamic objects. This model can be used as a learning reference for surface modeling and as a conceptual aircraft design study.
