I propose you a jointed sawhorse plan to make of 18 mm thick plywood. I once saw this idea on the net and decided to make a plan. DXF layout for CNC processing is supported. Used material area is 600 x 1050 mm. Despite its slim legs the construction turned out to be pretty sturdy. I've been using it for three years, and it's still alive whatever I put on it! Just put a couple of them together, place a sheet of plywood on top, and you got a table!
