aluminum skid plate blank I made for a 2005 KX65. It needs a couple mounting holes added that I think i just pistol drilled when fitting to the bike. length may need to be adjusted at the back end, I started with the flat blank, used a marker to mark some bend areas, and slowly started adding the bend in a vice and checking fit until it mounted up nice. I used a aluminum bar under the exhaust and 2 short pieces of flat stock near the rear of the plate to mount. If you make one I was thinking of adding 1 or 2 inches on the right side up front to add more protection to the water pump.
