I had the hardest time finding good replacement gaskets for my 84' KZ440 (Keihin CV 36mm). It seemed like all the reproduction parts had been produced from an oversized sample. Getting the gasket to sit in the channel without popping out before you got the screws in was next to impossible. I took off the bowl and measured up the channel. I printed it out in TPU at 100% infill and the seal is good enough to hold static pressure. I have a feeling the gasoline will cause it to swell over time, but the reproduction parts do that too! Anyway, thought somebody other than me might find this useful. Enjoy!
