Order picking trolley built around standard KLT containers. The load area is matched to the container grid, so the bins sit without gaps or overhang – lengthwise, crosswise or crosswise in two rows. The shelves are adjustable in both height and angle. Tilt them forward and the contents slide to the front edge, always within reach during picking. Each shelf carries 200 kg, the solid bottom shelf up to 500 kg – enough for fully loaded containers of heavy small parts. Frame made of steel hollow sections – torsionally rigid and dimensionally stable. Shelves made of non-slip, moisture-resistant film-faced plywood. Non-marking elastic rubber castors protect epoxy, PVC and concrete floors; two swivel castors with brakes hold the trolley in place at the workstation. Typical applications: kitting and line feeding in assembly, order picking of small parts, mobile container supply at the workstation.
