It is something i have been wanting to try ever since I mastered IrfanView just a little bit more. Did not expect it to be such a massive file though. Set up an motion study - set up a camera view (3:2) - record as .bmp files (720*480) - import these to PhotoScape (http://www.photoscape.org/ps/main/download.php) & get your GIF!
