Knuckle Joint · 模型 74798
The knuckle joint assembly is a mechanical linkage designed to connect two rods under tensile load while allowing angular movement between them. This assembly consists of five precision-modeled parts: the eye end, which provides one side of the joint; the fork end, which houses the eye; the knuckle pin, inserted through aligned holes in the fork and eye to form the pivot; the collar, fitted over the knuckle pin to prevent axial motion; and the taper pin, used to lock the knuckle pin securely in place. The fully assembled knuckle joint enables reliable load transfer with limited angular flexibility, commonly used in steering, control linkages, and structural connections.
