For the 2013-2014 FTC game, Block Party, team 4977 the LANlords designed a custom sheet metal frame designed for FRC higrip wheels, with a 1/8th dropped center. It uses 6 wheels, with a dead-axle setup to reduce friction and reliance on standard tetrix setscrews. This frame is easily reproducible with a laser cutter, PlasmaCAM, or waterjet.
