Large 6 Axis Gantry CNC Machine - The MAM Mach 1 · 模型 198040
Custom designed 7 Axis Large Gantry CNC with a 15 tool rotating ATC and mechanical trap door. Frame is tube steel with cement liner for rigidity. Table has manual 28" travel for greater part position flexibility. Gimble head employs a novel piggy back motor design and gantry is moved by a rotating ball nut integral to the gantry. Tool is being designed to cut large aluminum blocks for the semiconductor industry. Many thanks to Jakub Chromicz for some of the Z axis ideas and a few components. Shawn (CadMan)
